Horrible experience with EO purchasing a damaged “like new demo” AI rifle. Spoke to Brandon Way after purchasing about the issue he’s rude and condescending, completely unwilling to help.

Bought a thermal scope, was hesitant spending 4K online with all the scammers. Scope was delivered as promised within 2 days. Great company and won’t hesitate to use them again

This company is a rip-off. They sold me $3500.00 a kahles 525 - The scope broke on the first outing. This means I did not get to compete in my competition - I spent over 2k traveling by airfare and hotel entry fees. The scope let me down. Combining the price of scope and another above cost, I lost over 5 K - I contacted Euro Optic, and they gave me the run-around and finally spoke with someone here in the US that represents Swarovski Optix. They told me the scope I had just purchased needed to return to Sweden - it would take 8 weeks or longer. The woman representing Swovorski told me she would mail me a new one. She lied to me and never did so after they reviewed my scope. I plan to file a police report for theft by deception - I have already spent over 10 K with this company, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM EURO OPTIX OR SWAROVSKI EVER

Sadly this company has great pricing but seriously poor customer service. Found that they intentionally place vague descriptions for their Red Dots and what pistols they are able to apply them to. When trying to return the item. EuroOptics answer is "We kindly ask that you pay to return the item as we shipped you what you ordered". When it obviously wasn't.

Worst customer service out there. Do not do business with this company.
They were absolutely zero help when an item came damaged and said there is nothing they can do about it.

Disgraceful customer service. I will never buy from them again. Promised a partial refund so I never refused late delivery and went back on their promise. Refuse to be reasonable about a resolution.

I just placed an order online but I screwed it up. The customer service man that I called straightened it all out and was extremely courteous and patient with me. The problem is resolved and I am thrilled with the results of saving $250 too.

Customer service at Europtic is second-to-none. Super fast responses to order status or inventory queries. Garrett is extremely professional, respectful and helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. My go-to for all orders associated with shooting. Never hesitate to do business with this outstanding company!

This was my first time using Eurooptic for the purchase of a handgun. Luke was totally professional and helpful with my purchase. Gun was transferred to my FFL in North Carolina. A very pleasant surprise how fast it was delivered.

I purchased a new rifle from EuroOptic and it arrived defective out of the box from the manufacturer. EuroOptic worked with me to obtain a resolution when the manufacturer was unresponsive. They also have a great selection, great prices, and their sales team is super helpful!

Eurooptic is first class in all areas. The shipping is expedient. Especially with all the logistical hurdles these days. Their prices are so good that I never buy anything without checking at Eurooptic. Customer service is awesome. Do yourself a favor, always check with these guys. The good deal you think you are getting can turn into a real headache quickly if you buy from the wrong business.

Awesome experience, the fast shipping is appreciated but the level of service is outstanding. They called to confirm my weird orders were correct rather than just assuming anything, I appreciated that! I had never ordered from them before but will check there first in the future.
